Kinesiology
The body has an innate intelligence and capacity to heal itself when stress has been released and it is brought back into a state of balance.
During a Kinesiology session I am guided by your body through the gentle art of muscle monitoring (biofeedback) by communicating to your subconscious.
Together we can discover what your symptoms are trying to tell you, find any blockages of energy and where they are located. We can locate stress, stuck emotions, imbalances, limiting beliefs & through various correction techniques release them.
I am here to support you in healing & wellbeing so that harmony, balance and optimal health can be achieved.
Together we will achieve a healthy, happier you where you are living your best life!

Frequently Asked Questions
How does it work?
Kinesiology uses subtle muscle monitoring to access feedback from the body, which in turn identifies any underlying stress and their causes. It is a holistic approach to long-lasting health and vitality incorporating western physiological science with eastern healing techniques. Every muscle in the body is connected to the brain, and therefore any stress, whether conscious or subconscious, that the brain registers will result in a muscle response (biofeedback). I am guided by this stress response throughout the session as your body yields the answers to what is required to shift the stress and balance your body.
What techniques are used to bring the body back into balance and harmony?
Kinesiology uses the Chinese meridian system, chakras, sound healing, flower essences, affirmations, acupressure (needleless acupuncture), Figure 8's, Emotional Stress Diffusion, Neurolymphatic and Neurological reflexes, and more.
What do I need to wear to my appointment?
You will be lying on a massage table fully clothed and with your shoes removed. Comfortable clothing is recommended (such as pants or shorts) which allow for flexible movement.
Do I need to bring anything to my appointment?
There is no need to bring anything. However, if you do have medical conditions, any recent blood test results, diagnostic tests, reports, X-rays, or scans may be useful to view.
How many sessions will I require?
Each person and each situation is different and unique to the individual. Depending on your issue, you may achieve results in one session. However, in most cases, multiple sessions are required to unpack and peel back the layers of stress in the body. Think of it like peeling an onion! We can have a chat together to organise an individualised treatment plan that works for you. Many clients schedule regular sessions also for maintenance of their health and wellbeing.
What is surrogating?
By using a surrogate, we can perform a session on someone who is either not in the room or is in the room but unable to give us information through their muscles. For babies and young children, a surrogate is used, which can be a parent or carer.
